I have relocated and I need to change my mailing address...
Address correction or update...
Please always make sure that your mailing address is correct. To update us with your new mailing address or to inform us of your current mailing address please email us.
If order is returned / lost because of customer providing incorrect address or package is returned for any reason the customer must than pay shipping & handling and product costs for redelivery to the correct address. If order is returned to us stating - unknown/gone away/insufficient address/refused/unclaimed there will be a $6.95 additional charge, Australia Post charges us the $6.95 fee therefore the customer will pay the fee.
Do you ship to a postal address (POBOX)...
Yes we do ship to postal addresses.
When autoshipping (paying with a credit card) you will be asked to enter your residential address and after entering your residential address you will be asked "Is this your mailing address?" if you tick "no" than in the next page you will be able to enter your postal address. If you are autoshipping by using your PayPal account you will be able to edit your address after logging in.
How do I cancel my autoship…
If you have subscribed (autoship) through your PayPal account please follow the below instructions...
- Go to www.paypal.com.au or www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
- Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
- Select ‘My money.'
- In the ‘My preapproved payments’ section, click ‘Update.'
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
- Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.
- You can’t reactivate a recurring payment after you cancel it.
- Cancelling a payment doesn’t cancel your contract with the merchant. You need to pay the merchant for any goods or services you have already received.
