Shipping
- Orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days. Delivery time varies from 1-10 working days depending on your location.
- We use a courier service therefore please provide a street address as we do not ship to postal/parcel collect/parcel lockers addresses.
- If order is returned / lost because of customer providing incorrect address or package is returned for any reason the customer must than pay shipping & handling and product costs for redelivery to the correct address. If order is returned to us stating - unknown/gone away/insufficient address/refused/unclaimed there will be a $10 additional charge, courier charges us the $10 fee therefore the customer will pay the fee plus a redelivery fee of $9.95.

Return Policy
- 30 day money back guarantee for all Frownies products.
- Customer Returns must be received back within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling costs).
- Customers must return the remaining Frownies product in the original box with invoice / receipt (shipping costs at customer's expense).
- We do not accept returns if customer has used all product within the month as product lasts between one and a half to four months therefore product was used incorrectly.
- We do not accept unused product returns.
- We do not accept change of mind returns.
- All shipping costs are at customer's expense.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We guarantee you'll be thrilled with the products, or you can return your order within 30 days from the date your order was confirmed delivered to you via Australia Post for a refund of your product purchase price (less shipping & handling). To return your order, please email us and request a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required to return your order. Refunds apply to first-time purchases only and will be issued within 4 weeks of your return. No refund or charge back will be provided for the missing shipments caused by the delivery name and/or address provided with error or misleading information.
